Refund policy
AURA LIGHT CO., we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for premium LED neon lights, decorative wall lights, and stylish glow products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at retailconnectiongroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and protective materials included. Products that have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, alteration, or normal wear may not be eligible for return or refund. Custom-made, personalized, or special-order neon signs are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by AURA LIGHT CO. Our goal is to provide reliable products, fair solutions, and a smooth shopping experience.
